We delivered pipelines for the internal cooling water and the water-glycol mixture for a data centre project, covering edge cooling, direct liquid cooling (DLC) and the associated plant areas. PTP manufactured and installed pipelines, supports and fittings, and delivered a wide range of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, valves, filtration units, heat exchangers, buffer vessels, expansion vessels and bleeding and filling units.

We carried out pressure tests and system flushing in accordance with the project procedures and provided comprehensive documentation, including signed test reports and laboratory results. After successful flushing, we delivered ethylene glycol and carried out support measures for the final filling, bleeding and commissioning phase.

The project adhered to high cleanliness requirements and strict documentation standards, and all flushing results were confirmed to meet the quality requirements of domestic water.
