In most cases, the turnkey project includes equipment, pipeline, steel and insulation installations, trace heating and procurements according to the client’s plan. We assist in the planning work, where necessary. We always define the scope of delivery for industrial projects together with the client.

The advantage of turnkey projects from the client’s point of view is that one contractor coordinates the schedule and integration of procurements and installations, which reduces the overall risk and increases efficiency. From the point of view of occupational safety, the work phases can be arranged so that installations do not have to be carried out simultaneously at the same site.
