The transfer of the oxygen plant from Hanko to Harjavalta required pipework and equipment installations meeting high cleanliness requirements, as well as connection work. The total mass transferred was over 1 000 tonnes. We dismantled the pipeline and transferred it to PTP’s production facilities in Pori for the prefabrication of new lines.

We installed the main and auxiliary compressors of the oxygen plant, dozens of tanks and pumps, performed welding work on the oxygen tower and connected the plant to existing systems on a tight schedule: 44 connection points were linked within four days. We stayed on schedule thanks to the meticulous planning and management of material flow.
